We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Wyndham Fort Smith. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management Requirements
    • Proven track record of success in sales management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and motivational skills
    • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
