Who we are looking for:
The Regional Sales and Operations Manager is the point person for sales, operations, and compliance-thus having a hand in every aspect of the business for their prospective regions. They will have autonomy in how they motivate and lead their teams and be responsible for tasks to be consistently completed. The Manager will create standard operating procedures and set the standard for the entire company. This role will be the acting manager for the first clinic in a region until additional clinics open in the region.
Role Responsibilities/Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Acquisition of new patients/clients through the follow up of lead generation, referrals, marketing efforts and events
- Responsible for monitoring and achieving membership, service and retail revenue with a focus on exceeding monthly goals for regional growth and profitability through leadership, team development, and strategy implementation.
- Work closely with center managers to identify and target areas where we can improve guest retention and strategize both long-term and short-term company objectives
- Maintain compliance with insurance, business, medical and legal, including all federal and state legislation
- Ensure that team members receive ongoing training and development and keeping team members updated on spa procedures and policies to ensure operating standards (customer service, safety, inventory management, merchandising, state guidelines, etc.) are consistently met
- Maximize service revenues through schedule optimization programs
- Ensure service standards are consistently upheld, including service protocols, points of difference, guest experiences, finishing touches, guest communication, and follow-up
- Works with Executive Leadership to devise successful marketing campaigns and provide feedback on effectiveness of marketing plans
- Serves existing patients through follow up of effectiveness of current plans, monitoring results and feedback.
- Answer patients’ questions regarding products, services, and pricing. Resolve patient complaints and queries while providing a world class experience.
- Manage and submit purchase orders and inform management of purchase actions. Maintain business office inventory and equipment functionality
- Maintain patient files with appropriate follow up and updates while maintaining HIPAA privacy regulations and compliance.
- Collaborate with the medical team members regarding pre and post-therapy and participate in shared decision-making
- Motivates and inspires employees to achieve peak productivity and performance while providing a positive work environment.
- Provides clear, constructive direction to entire team through development and documentation of programs and operating goals aimed at achieving goals and superior service
- Acts as lead ambassador of the brand
- Understands distinction of multi-level audiences and communicates appropriately
Requirements/Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience as a spa manager, multi-unit manager, or equivalent
- Prior experience achieving operating goals related to revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction through implementation of innovative programs and processes
- The right candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and utilizing excellent judgment under pressure.
- Possess proven strategic, operational and leadership experience. with expertise and success in the spa, service and retail industry.
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Proactive and creative problem-solving; innovative thought leader
- Consistently exhibits high energy level; ability to balance multiple tasks
- Flexibility and adaptability to work weekends and hours as needed
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $90,000.00 per year with bonus potential of $25,000
