Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is a key role in our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the region. This individual will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase revenue and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends
