THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Sr Recruiter, you will be responsible for the development and the execution of specific TA plans supporting the Columbus OH Plant. 

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
â¢Â Â   Provide high volume, full-cycle recruiting, from requirement definition through offer negotiation handling complex compensation packages, to hire, using Abbottâs ATS and CRM. 

â¢Â Â   Develop and execute sourcing strategies that leverage the use of cost-effective recruiting channels such as the Abbott careers page, job boards, social media posts, CRM and ATS data sources, referral programs, and virtual job fairs. 
â¢Â Â   Understand and apply direct sourcing techniques and methodology to engage and nurture passive candidates. 
â¢Â Â   Provide high level candidate support to attract, engage, influence, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
â¢Â Â   Use of contingency search partners for difficult to fill roles as required, with leadership approval.
â¢Â Â   Execute with high quality hiring standards, meet diversity goals, focus on execution and efficiency to manage a large volume of hires, and support local partner relationship manager initiatives as appropriate. 
â¢Â Â   Focus on delivering diverse slates of qualified candidates. 
â¢Â Â   Understand the business needs and develop recruiting tactics that yield strong outcomes.
â¢Â Â   Understand and articulate the hiring managers' needs in a concise manner. Leverage market insights and data to support recommendations.
â¢Â Â   Operate independently. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOUâLL BRING
EDUCATION 
â¢Â Â   Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

EXPERIENCE 
â¢Â Â   Minimum professional experience: 4+ years agency or in-house TA experience.
â¢Â Â   Functional experience: Full-cycle recruitment experience in healthcare or in adjacent industry segments, and in at least one of the core functions: commercial, manufacturing, scientific, and corporate function. 
â¢Â Â   Experience in supporting business hiring needs up to senior manager level.

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 â $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
