This role contractor role is on the ECES US Consulting Team supporting change management as we migrate from our current Targeting & Eligibility platform, DART, to our new platform, CMS. The contractor will partner with a manager on the team to create and execute on a robust change management program to ensure a seamless transition for all users (marketing and our own team members).

• Candidate must be able to function independently, effectively prioritize his/her work, and be willing to bring new ideas to the table.

• Be proficient in all MS Office Applications (especially MS Excel, Powerpoint, MS Visio)
• Experience working with MRM software such as Salesforce desired
• Consulting experience is a plus
