Job Description:
As a Light Industrial Sales Representative at Paragon Staffing, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our staffing services. Your primary focus will be on selling staffing solutions to companies within the light industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the light industrial sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs.
  • Present and promote Paragon Staffing’s services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the fulfillment of client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or light industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the light industrial market and workforce needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
