    Job Description

  • Contributing to the chemistry project by performing experiments and interpreting the results
Maintaining clear and accurate records of experiments in laboratory notebooks in accordance with company policyWorking as part of the project team and collaborating with cross-functional projects groups to ensure delivery timelines and API qualityDemonstrating expertise in core laboratory skills required to support development and scale up of chemical processesComplying with all safety and GMP guidelinesManage multiple projects and execute quick turnarounds based on client needs

A Ph.D or advanced degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry or related scientific field 3+ years of industrial laboratory experience, including experience and knowledge of a wide range of synthetic chemistry reactions and techniquesAbility to effectively contribute to multi-disciplinary scientific teamsExperience with API manufacturing is preferredExperience managing and working with CROs and CDMOs in previous role is preferredExperience in late stage/large scale developmentSmall molecule or API experience Excellent communication skills.Team player
