Key Responsibilities:
As an Audit Senior, your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks:
  • Conduct and oversee financial and operational audits, ensuring adherence to GAAP and relevant regulations.
  • Assess and enhance the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Draft and deliver detailed audit reports, pinpointing areas for enhancement and proposing actionable recommendations.

  • Assist in the formulation of annual budgets and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial auditing, ideally within the finance sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, GAAP, and other pertinent financial regulations.
  • Strong background in preparing and analyzing financial statements and budgets.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and enhance internal controls and risk management processes.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; a master's degree or CPA certification is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • A high level of integrity and commitment to professional ethics.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
