We are partnering with a Company specializing in seals, O-rings, and elastomeric materials who is hiring for a Development Chemist.

Position Highlights

• Title: Development Chemist

• Full Time Direct Hire


Background Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in, Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Preferred.

• 3 to 5 years elastomer experience; strong compounding ability in elastomers, especially the exotics such as FKM.

• 2 to 3 years direct manufacturing support experience.


Job Responsibilities

• Develop rubber compounds to meet various customer specifications and in-house projects.

• Provide sale support pertaining to quotes and compound recommendations.

• Provide manufacturing support through process improvements and cost reductions efforts.


What is Being Offered

• Challenge: This position is responsible for supporting Sales and Manufacturing efforts in growing the business through investigating new materials and development/refinement of new/current products and processes.
