About the role:
This role is a New York City based HYBRID position.
Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis.
The Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Manager is a key team member supporting Fubo's Global Cyber Security GRC program.
The role will interface directly with vendors, partners and internal/external stakeholders.
The GRC Manager will apply best practices to be able to support applicable regulatory, policy, standards, and legal requirements.
This role will require a keen understanding of business key assets and processes, unique business requirements, Fubo's Cyber Security Program, and combining this information to address residual risks.
What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain the global security risk assessment and data security programOversee compliance to global information security policies and standardsManage global security risk assessment and processing of exceptions to standard baselines or Fubo's policyProactively identify information security deficiencies or opportunities for improvement to better enable business security at the global levelProvide regular reporting on the information security risk and remediation statusRespond to third party inquiries relating to security policies and controlsSupport various GRC efforts such as third-party due diligence, vendor risk assessment, security awareness and assistance is evaluation of new technologiesWhat We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related fieldRelevant experience around security governance, security compliance, data privacy, and risk management Familiarity with security industry standards including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO27001 and PCI DSS; previous experience working with one of these frameworksExperience with GDPR, CCPA, and other Privacy regulations and frameworksSecurity certification such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CISA or GIAC Familiarity with GRC platforms/tools and 3rd party risk assessment toolsComfortable with interfacing with internal and external stakeholders or vendorsIT Audit, internal Audit and/or risk advisory experience is a plusComfortable working with ambiguity is a mustSelf-motivated and willing to take on challenges while adapting to an ever-changing operational environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent collaboration skills must be eager to work as part of a cohesive team and work as a partner to other teams within Fubo, locally and globallyExceptional communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflictProven presentation and facilitation skillsPerks &

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits.
Final offer amount will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
