Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Governance and Cybersecurity Risk Manager to join our team at HCL Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing expert advice on IT governance and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing IT risk assessments, including the development and implementation of risk management plans and procedures.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including FFIEC Handbook and NIST Frameworks.

  • Providing expert advice on IT governance and cybersecurity, including the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks and policies.

  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT services are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve IT service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the successful candidate will require:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT risk management and governance.

  • Strong knowledge of IT governance and cybersecurity principles and practices.

  • Experience with regulatory requirements, including FFIEC Handbook and NIST Frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
