Job Title: Model Risk Portfolio Governance

Job Summary:

Deutsche Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Governance Specialist to join our team in New York. As a Risk Governance Specialist, you will contribute to a wide range of tasks centered on complex risk analysis and reporting. This will include performing regular and ad hoc analyses of model risk ratings, identifying unresolved issues and drawing up model risk reports across various divisions and legal entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and respond to breaches in Model Risk Appetite and Management Reporting measures

• Work with stakeholders to understand and help owners drive remediation

• Review model risk reports for decision-making processes within the area, including ensuring Model Risk fora are appropriately briefed, ensuring reporting is meaningful and accurate and with meaningful context

• Provide active support in improving the Model Risk Management framework, including through policies, risk appetite and risk assessment

Requirements:

• Proven experience of Risk Governance at a financial institution, regulatory agency or auditor/consultancy

• Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders both locally and remotely across complex topics with excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications is essential, as are well-developed analytical, presentation and facilitation skills
