Sales Manager - Closeout Channel What will you do?

A day in the life of a Sales Manager - Closeout Channel at Dickies looks a little like this.

Here at Dickies, our purpose is to champion the passion, pride and power of work. For a century, we've celebrated ordinary people making extraordinary things. The Sales Manager, Closeout Channel is responsible for sales strategy and execution for off price and closeout business channels.

Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

Create and execute channel plans to achieve brand business objectives Develop strong partnerships with key retail partners across the closeout marketplace Continually evolve closeout channel distribution strategy Partner with Wholesale Sales and DTC teams to create special programs for closeout inventory Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Sales Operations and Demand planning to ensure strategic alignment Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting/scorecards on shipment progress against forecast/revenue plan Partner with Sales Analytics team on opportunities to manage inventory across the channel Support execution of the brand's end of season sale programs Execute and/or assist on order maintenance, inventory planning, etc. Effectively manage multiple data sources to inform decisions Regularly socialize key business updates, such as forecasting progress, to cross-functional teams What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 4 years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

Analytical thinker, flexible problem solver and team player with ability to multitask several priorities simultaneously Able to communicate and present data and insights to varied stakeholders Preferred systems experience include: Power BI, SAP Proficient skills in MS Excel, Power Point, Access, Word There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

Hiring Range:

$92,000.00 USD - $115,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
