Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Management: Identify, qualify, and manage key business leads, working in collaboration with local entities. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with global and local clients and partners in alignment with the company's strategic goals. Strategic Support: Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's overall strategy. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and ensure our market and product strategies are continuously updated. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, strategy, government affairs, and other internal teams both locally and internationally. Representation: Represent Green Hydrogen at industry conferences, symposiums, and trade fairs.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering, or a related field, with several years of experience in (chemical) plant engineering or a similar field. Experience: Proven experience in the energy sector, specifically with green hydrogen, renewable energy, or process technology. Skills: Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and expertise in addressing commercial and legal matters. Deep understanding of business development and sales. Personal Traits: Confident, trustworthy, and able to interact effectively with project developers, end users, engineering contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Strong team spirit and intercultural sensitivity to navigate an international work environment. Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
