About the role:

Betr is looking for a VIP Lead as we build out our VIP Player Program. As VIP Lead, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution to grow our VIP customer base. You will work closely cross functionally with the Retention Marketing, Customer Support, and Risk & Trading teams to ensure we are delivering exceptional service and exclusive offers to our top-tier clients. Your goal will be to enhance VIP player engagement, retention, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to manage and grow the VIP player base.
  • Provide exceptional, tailored customer service to meet the needs of VIP players.
  • Monitor VIP player behavior, preferences, and betting patterns to offer personalized promotions, betting advice, and customized service.
  • Organize and manage exclusive events and promotions for VIP players.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for VIP players.
  • Analyze performance metrics and compile reports on VIP activity and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, including responsible gaming policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, ideally in the gaming space
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with high-value clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to be flexible, & prioritize responsibilities
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients in various time zones.
