We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Sr Sales Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-cycle sales recruiting position supporting our sales hiring efforts. We are looking for an awesome team player to help develop a robust pipeline of prospective candidates and to network and engage top tier talent. What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and drive the full lifecycle recruiting process across multiple functions focused on Sales and potentially technical/other roles as needed.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Sales leadership to create robust hiring strategies to attract and hire Sales Client Directors. You will drive the full lifecycle recruiting process where you are responsible for the whole journey from sourcing to closing and beyond
  • Identify new sales talent: Source and attract top talent in a highly competitive sales market to achieve strategic hiring goals. Research, identify, and develop relationships with prospective candidates for active searches through targeted company research, passive outreach, industry networking, and internal sources
  • Determine and understand Sales/Technical sales/functional hiring needs and translate that into effective recruiting strategies
  • Research and understand the sales talent landscape, including compensation, to inform your recruiting strategies
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews to find the right match for the candidate and Redapt while providing a world-class candidate experience
  • Determine both business and candidate needs and ensure they align
  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor
  • Leverage consulting and influencing skills in order to provide recruiting expertise and recommendations to drive business success
  • Leverage data and reporting to understand and communicate recruiting metrics
  • Own and drive all administrative aspects of the recruiting workflow from drafting and posting job descriptions to scheduling interviews, drafting offers, etc

  • Awesome Sourcing Skills: you’re a pro with Boolean searches, know how to use the internet to your advantage, a sleuth at finding out where the talent lives, and aren’t afraid to cold-call. Ability to generate a quality pipeline of candidates with successful outcomes

How to Qualify:

  • You have 5+ years of full cycle technical sales recruiting experience
  • You bring 10+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with you.
  • It would nice if you had previous technical recruiting experience as well as have a background in both corporate and agency recruiting.
  • Previous experience recruiting for a technology company is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience recruiting in consulting is highly preferred.
  • You thrive in an ambiguous, agile environment fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using an ATS for strategic sourcing campaigns and reporting
  • Experience with Office 365, Excel, One Note, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this full-time position in the US is $105,000 to $125,000 annually + bonuses + benefits. Redapt salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience. Please note that the compensation details listed in the US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonuses or benefits.
