How Is This Role Important to Our Work?

The Business Development Analyst plays a supportive role in the overall success of our enterprise strategy. This role is accountable for supporting  business development, business line innovation activities, processes, and roadmaps to position various lines of business for profitable and sustainable growth. The Business Development Analyst will focus on recognizing opportunities in the market to expand our market share and organizational reputation through business-to-business purchasing, partnerships, and relationships. This individual will be supporting the development and execution of strategic goals into specific business plans. The role will need to partner with various leaders across the enterprise, including provider relations, clinical, corporate development, procurement, data analytics, marketing, and operations to support the needed matrix relationship(s) and execute on a differentiated value proposition. This role plays a unique role in divisional strategy as it responds to both the need of the business and the market. The incumbent will need the ability to have success in ambiguity, fluid business conditions and ever evolving strategy.

This person will be working in our Eagan, MN office 2 days a week; Thursdays and one additional workday of their choosing.

A Day in the Life:

Support revenue diversification efforts through the distribution channel and client base by developing market facing strategic efforts to further penetrate adoption of our products and services.

Support a divisional level process to support product innovations and advancements.

Manage intake and initial assessment of feasibility to co-create a formalized and transparent innovation pipeline, in tandem with your leader and others on the team.

Manage data and analysis, in support of other team members.

Provide executive summary of research and analysis findings, results, and solutions.

Provide support to other team members in exploration of business to business opportunities and areas of innovation for clients and prospects.

Support process re-engineering efforts to streamline and improve transparency.

Serves as a general resource to the team and cross functional partners.

Advanced Excel proficiency

Data Visualization

Finance or business background

Required Skills and Experiences:

3+ years of related professional experience, All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.

Analytical skills and knowledge.

Experience working in a matrix environment.

Developed communication and presentation skills.

Advanced PowerPoint proficiency.

Self-motivated with a proven desire for knowledge and a track record of developing processes and relationships to support strategic development and execution.

Ability to achieve own results and excel in a collaborative cross-functional environment.
