We are seeking a professional like you to perform in a project lead role, embedding data governance within the Business, defining and establishing data quality metrics, process and framework for data that is critical for the business operations.  In this role, you will provide recommendations on how to continuously refine and refresh data strategy based on current industry trends, best practices, and business goals.  You will manage the CRM System (salesforce.com) and collaborate with the ECR Data Hub. You will also liaise with teams to lay the foundation for an analytics environment by guiding data architects on strategy and approach and support the team in setting up and managing reporting, dashboards and other digital data strategy. Additionally, you will manage a Data Analyst and be responsible for the monitoring and managing of data quality and KPIs.

  • Developing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the organization.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define a data strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives, identifying key data sources, and establishing data standards.
  • Creating detailed project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, to effectively manage data-related projects.
  • Engaging and communicating with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and obtain necessary support for data initiatives.
  • Collaborating with data analysts and data scientists to define and prioritize analytical requirements, ensuring that data-driven insights are effectively generated and communicated.
  • Developing and implementing sales enablement strategies using Salesforce.com to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency throughout the organization.

  • at least 5 years of professional experience
  • a Bachelor’s degree
  • solid Project Management skills
  • Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., powerbi, tableau)
  • Exposure to CRM tools such as Salesforce
