Job Duties and Qualifications

Job Description:

Under direct supervision, the OTC Process Specialist supports the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) Global Business Services (GBS) value stream and function in Business Development (Pricing and Contracts or Proposals and Quotes). The incumbent creates, edits, manages and validates OTC internal and customer data and system documents with attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness. Takes an active part in the continuous improvement process. Manage service delivery and meet customer requirements. Should ensure customer satisfaction and process excellence. Promotes and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

 


Required Qualifications:

 

Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business or related disciplines Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills Sales Force experience will be an added advantage.
