Our Petcare Growth Model (Reach-Conversion-Value) charts the path of Engine 50. Three boosters power its progress: the Content Engine, the Analytics Engine, and the Relationship Engine. Our Content Engine serves as our portal into pet parents’ lives, delivering education, entertainment, and guidance whenever they need it. Our Analytics Engine uses data-driven insights to seamlessly convert pet parents into customers.

E50 champions will drive the successful roll-out of digital products and services across Mars Petcare’s divisions. The deployment of a cross-divisional and mutualized ecosystem is essential to leverage the potential of end-to-end digital use cases and the successful delivery of the Petcare Digital Growth agenda.

This digital-at-scale program will change the internal and external stakeholder journey through the adoption of a new mutualized digital operating model. In this context, we are looking for a highly organized and experienced PMO based in the US to drive the successful implementation of this digital-at-scale program.

The PMO - Digital Product Roll-out Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the execution and implementation of each local digital roadmap by liaising with local and global teams. This individual will orchestrate the collaboration between markets, divisions and roll-out teams, as well as inputs for key governance meetings and budget tracking. 

The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of identified projects, including scope, analytics, and on-time delivery.

What are we looking for?

  • Master’s Degree in Business or Technical Field

  • Significant experience in Manufacturing

  • Extensive experience managing projects or business experience

  • Experience in prescription models is a significant addition

  • Experience in business leadership and business transformation

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead the deployment process to launch new projects

  • Implements timeline mobilizing cross functional teams to define build, run, sunrise and expansion phases in project

  • Track and communicate key decisions points, issues, risk management and actions

  • Ensure alignment and connectivity of stakeholders throughout Global, Regional & Local departments

  • Ensure alignment among x-functional teams

  • Facilitate projects execution by ensuring good pace and connection, setting meetings, tracking actions and milestones, raising alerts and helping on escalation when needed

Total rewards at Mars includes base pay, competitive benefits, and annual bonus (if position is eligible). The full-time pay range for this role is:
