We are seeking a driven entry level Relocation Advisor to join our team and work closely with our businesses and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and deliver best-in-class customer experience. As a Relocation Advisor you will play a critical role in managing and motivating our sales team to achieve their goals, as well as developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. What you’ll do:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding pricing, services, and availability
  • Schedule and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their move was successful and address any concerns they may have
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure that moves are scheduled and executed smoothly
  • Continuously meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

What you’ll bring:

  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is preferred
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
