  • Leads recommendations for sales and product support offerings to maximize opportunities for customers
  • Works in a cooperative manner work coworkers and superiors
  • Collaborates effectively with Sales Teams to develop and support strategic offerings for customers
  • Develops strong vendor relationships to establish local merchandising support as needed
  • Manages daily workflow within the department by establishing operating procedures and policies and prioritizing, distributing, and monitoring work assignments

Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree required
  • 3+ years customer service experience required
  • 3+ years sales operation experience strongly preferred
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data used for recommendations
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Personal Attributes: Creative Thinking, Customer Focus, Leadership Orientation, Planning and Organization, Problem Solving

Travel:

Up to 10% travel

Minimum Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing
