About the Job

Connected Cannabis Co. is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, in-office position plays a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for the cannabis industry and a knack for juggling multiple tasks.

What You Will Do

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Brand Manager and the marketing team at large.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized files and records of marketing activities and brand assets.
Coordination of Brand Assets:
  • Ensure all brand assets are up-to-date and accessible for the marketing team. 
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including packaging, promotional items, and digital assets.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of marketing collateral.
Marketing Support:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic planning.
  • Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts and creating content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments to streamline marketing efforts.
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in developing and maintaining brand guidelines and standards.
Travel:
  • Travel as needed for events, trade shows, and meetings.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the cannabis industry and knowledge of current market trends.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Compensation Description: The hourly range for this position in the selected city is $27.00 - $31.00 per hour

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
