Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in collaborating with various operational teams and project leaders, including senior executives, to secure new business opportunities.

This position encompasses participation in all phases of the business development process, from strategic planning to proposal drafting and client presentations, all within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working alongside operational teams to devise effective strategies for responding to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Creating and refining proposal materials such as company profiles, resumes, and project summaries.
  • Editing and enhancing content to ensure clarity, precision, and readability.
  • Transforming extensive textual narratives into engaging visual and graphical formats.
  • Preparing teams for impactful client presentations.
  • Conducting market research to inform strategies.
Tools and Software

The majority of the work will involve:

  • Adobe InDesign
  • Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Adobe Photoshop (advanced knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Company-specific opportunity management software
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications and demonstrate proficiency in the aforementioned software tools.

Occasional travel may be required, typically lasting 1-3 days at a time.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is influenced by various factors, including role, level, and location.

Individual compensation is determined through interviews and an evaluation of several factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, and market considerations.

The annual base salary range provided is subject to change at the company's discretion and does not alter the at-will nature of the employment relationship.

This salary range is applicable for California only.
