Position: Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in working alongside various departments, from project leaders to executive management, to secure new business opportunities. Your role will encompass all phases of the proposal process, from strategizing to crafting persuasive proposal documents and delivering impactful presentations, all while adhering to strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with operations to formulate effective responses to RFQ / RFP.
  • Develop tailored proposal documents such as company profiles, resumes, and project summaries.
  • Ensure all content is of high quality, accurate, and easy to read through meticulous editing.
  • Convert text-heavy materials into visually engaging graphical formats.
  • Assist teams during client presentations with preparation and support.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to improve project pursuits.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for design-related tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Knowledge of company opportunity management software is beneficial.
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications and exhibit proficiency in the specified software tools. Occasional travel may be necessary, typically lasting between 1 to 3 days.

Compensation Information

At our company, salary ranges are determined based on various factors such as role, level, and location. Compensation is assessed through interviews considering job-related skills, educational background, and relevant experience, among other criteria. It solely represents the base salary and excludes additional forms of compensation such as profit sharing, retirement benefits, or travel allowances, which are influenced by factors like tenure and performance.
