Katsam is growing rapidly and is seeking an energetic account manager to help drive our organic growth efforts, provide best-in-class customer success, and support our growing business.

Successful candidates will work directly with Katsam’s CEO, to help service our existing customers, to drive cross-sell of our offerings, and to source and close new customers. We seek candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-service orientation, and an ability to collaborate toward shaping and growing the firm and its culture. Katsam will make several acquisitions and favor candidates with experience and/or interest in supporting account management duties across a growing platform. The role provides significant leadership visibility and opportunities for advancement.

We look forward to meeting candidates with the following background and abilities:

  • Based in St. Louis, MO;
  • Experience in a sales and/or account management role;
  • Knowledge of best practices for customer communication, retention, expansion, and sales prospecting
  • Ability to establish communications cadences and talk-tracks, best practices for issue resolution, and pipeline reporting standards for new prospects;
  • Previous experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
  • Exemplary history of driving customer satisfaction and sales expansion;
  • Self-starter, problem solver, able to thrive in changing work environments, drive change, and work both at the tactical and strategic level;
  • Experience effectively communicating data and analysis, including presentations to peers and managers
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally drive to meet customers and prospects in person (must have clean driving record)
