Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with analysis and review of the organization's financial performance by collecting, analyzing and reporting financial and statistical data.
  • Maintain records of organization's financial activity in accordance with GAAP, organizational standards, and in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and similar regulatory requirements.
  • Work with various departments to assist with their expense management strategies and procedures.
  • Analyze trends affecting budget needs.
  • Support the preparation of operating budgets with and for various departments to support organization's expense management goals.
  • Perform accounting functions for the organization, including record keeping and reporting.
  • Examine and review unusual cost records and ensure cost data is allocated correctly.
  • Support the creation of standard reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
  • Create and utilize automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience and training in a related field; up to 1-3 years of Finance and/or Accounting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work both individually and as a team.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data management tools (QMF, SQL Server, TOAD).
  • Knowledge of Financial systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel and Access.
  • Proficient time management skills.

Compensation:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
