Group Sales Manager Coordinator Location: Wyndham Fort Smith, 700 Rogers Avenue, Fort Smith, AR, 72901 Job Description

The Group Sales Manager Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing group sales activities at the Wyndham Fort Smith. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that will drive revenue growth and increase market share.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Group Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Coordinate and manage group sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of group events and meetings
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the Group Sales Manager and other stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Skills And Qualifications
    • Proven experience as a Group Sales Manager Coordinator or similar role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
