Corporate Sales Manager Location: Wyndham Fort Smith, 700 Rogers Avenue, Fort Smith, AR, 72901 Job Description

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Quarterly Incentive/Bonus eligible.  Skills
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Manager or similar role
  • Preferred familiar with Local Corporate Businesses.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
