hire individuals with a passion for technology and computer hardware Experience in a Data Center environment is preferred but not required

Our Data Center Technicians will be responsible for physical upgrades, implementation, optimizations and troubleshooting on-site for the data center.

Techs will deploy circuit boards and need to be able to troubleshoot any related issues, run diagnostics, create documentation, etc. You may also assist

in rack and stack, cabling and other common data center activities.

Responsibilities

•The Data Center Technician is expected to address customer inquiries via support tickets from inception through resolution with minimal or no supervision

•Support data center operations and IT systems, network services, business critical processes and procedures to support the delivery of customer products and

services;

•Provide technical and operational support, including as it relates to colocation, connectivity, and network products and services;

•Support internal networks, IT infrastructure, computers, electronics, and telephone systems;

•Install and deploy IT and network hardware;

•Make and run patch cables as well as verify testing cable paths;

•Support maintenance of infrastructure, network equipment, and network services, including but not limited to break-fix work;

•Perform Data Center hardware and inventory audits;

Candidates with IT certifications encouraged to apply

Skills:

Punch down, terminations, ticketing system, troubleshooting

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level (Minimum of 6 months of IT experience)
