Account Executive

Well known everyday women's contemporary lifestyle brand seeks a full-time Account Exeuctive with exisiting contemporary women’s wholesale accounts in the Los Angeles territory. Individual must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to seek out new business and to maintain strong relationships with existing accounts. A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed is essential. This position will be a hybrid role working on the road, remotely from home, as well as the showroom in Downtown LA. Benefits + Commission in addition to salary.
Responsibilities:
Have existing relationships with West Coast contemporary specialty buyers
Maintain and grow key relationships with existing specialty store accounts
Identify and open new contemporary account opportunities; thereby increasing account base and overall sales from season to season, ensuring goals are met consistently
Strategize and collaborate with fellow sales team members to increase sales on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Forecasting sales volume by style, account and analyze weekly sales
Organizing markets and roadwork from the L.A. showroom
Must travel for road work to meet with current and future accounts
Develop and implement strategies to create new revenue opportunities ie: trunk shows and pop up shops
Sales forecasting for all accounts
Drive store business, replenish and be proactive implementing sales strategies and ensure goals are met consistently
Travel to various local shows in the LA area, NYC, Las Vegas, Dallas, San Francisco, etc.
Qualifications:
Must have min of 3-5 years of wholesale experience
Must be organized, proactive with strong time-management skills
Detail-oriented with experience in strategy-planning
Must have existing relationships with store accounts in the L.A. territory
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Excel, Joor, Word, Blue Cherry, ManRes
