  • Own the development and ongoing championship of the company's brand platform and tone of voice.
  • Provide strategic brand counsel to guide decision-making for marketing and communications campaigns and activations, informing project brief development and creative concepting.

  • Comfortable leading market research and delivering on actionable learning agendas, to build the repertoire of insights used to inform marketing.
  • Develop and refine methodologies for executing brand strategy initiatives, identifying and implementing process improvements.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand strategy, brand planning, PR strategy or related field.
  • Experience developing compelling briefs, audience-centric messaging, strategic positioning and campaign platforms.
  • Familiarity with the development and execution of 360 integrated marketing and communications campaigns and activations.
  • Experienced and passionate about working with creative teams as a thought partner in the creative development process.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Active collaborator who is able to build mutual trust and respect at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.

YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will work a range of stakeholders across the marketing organization-team members within Brand & Creative Strategy (Creative, Brand Activation and Brand Management) as well as Practice Area marketers, Global Activation + Orchestration, Global Partnerships and Global Events. You will also work closely with agency partners.
