We are seeking a Revenue Analyst to join our Revenue Accounting Team based in Cork, Ireland or USA. The candidate will report to the Revenue Accounting Manager and will have interaction with Sales Finance, Business Group Finance, Operations, GL and IT teams to ensure accurate and complete revenue accounting for various brands offers.

 


What you will do

Assist with global processes for the accounting of shipment revenue, including revenue cut off, contra-revenue accruals, sales allowance, customer incentive reserves and the related balance sheet reconciliationsPerform quarter-end close activities, including running and analyzing reserve models, preparing journal entries, providing flux analyses and SOX control inputsAssist in the company internal/external audits, including preparing the requested support schedulesAssist in the presentation of financial package to Controllership and senior management to support business decisionsParticipate in special projects and initiatives and support with any ad-hoc requests from cross-functional teamsInteracting with Supply Chain, Logistics, Regional Sales Finance, Business Group Finance & IT on the business assumptions impacting the revenue reserve models & various process improvement sales cycleSupport culture of continuous improvement through regular review of processes to identify areas for improvement/ risk mitigation


What you should know

For consideration, you must bring the following skills, experience and behaviors to our team:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business3-4 years of relevant accounting experience and/or public accountingProficient in advanced MS Excel including Pivot Tables and V-LookupsWorking knowledge of Oracle a plus Attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to work in a team environment with good analytical and problem solving skills


Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business


Compensastion Band

$50 Per hour
