We are at the most exciting part of our SAP S4 HANA transformation journey and are entering our test and go-live phase. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Revenue Systems Analyst to help Adobe maintain outstanding revenue systems and analytics by thoroughly testing our designs end-to-end from application to reported outcome. You will provide support for the Revenue Accounting and Operations organization’s daily tasks and support the project through the Production Acceptance Testing (PAT) phase. We partner across the company with key collaborators in Revenue Accounting Operations, FP&A, BU Product Marketing, Sales Operations and Technology Services to ensure accuracy and consistency of external and internal financial accounting and reporting data. Our candidate is a strategic thinker and can communicate complex information to broad and multifaceted audiences. We provide excellent services for measuring results and driving insights for our finance community.
Responsibilities:
  • Work on ad-hoc requests for analytics or special projects in a timely manner
  • Assist with the upgrade of our revenue accounting systems to SAP S/4 HANA
  • Support the project through the Production Acceptance Testing (PAT)
  • Create and test revenue relevant data models
  • Support month-end/quarter-end close activities as needed.
Skills and Experience:
  • BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
  • 4-6 years of experience related Quote to Cash experience (Software industry and/or CPA firm experience preferred)
  • Hands on experience with SAP Order to Cash required, SAP S4 HANA a plus
  • Knowledge of technical application of ASC606 and all other current authoritative literature related to revenue recognition is required
  • Self-motivated with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
  • Skilled in using: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, SharePoint, Tableau, SAP, Blackline
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead, set objectives, seek to results and meet critical deadlines
  • Proven record of delivery and ability to assess and prioritize competing demands
  • Experience with Project Management, SCRUM a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in Adobe products a plus.
Compensation:
  • Up to $56.34 per hour.
