Position Overview:
The Executive Revenue Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing revenue strategies and ensuring accurate financial forecasting. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in revenue analysis and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain centralized account-level models for revenue tracking in collaboration with Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA).
2. Conduct risk assessments on Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) forecasts.
3. Monitor and analyze Minimum Guarantee (MG) and Flat Fee Deal structures.
4. Perform credit evaluations on potentially at-risk revenue streams.
5. Collaborate regularly with finance and accounting teams to review financial data and recommend adjustments in line with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
6. Create amortization models and analyze contract expiration timelines.
7. Lead the quarterly Revenue-to-Go (RTG) process.
8. Execute regular revenue variance analyses against prior forecasts, year-over-year, quarter-over-quarter, and planned figures.
Data Integrity:
1. Track reports consistently and communicate findings back to forecasting teams.
2. Ensure alignment on product revenue classifications for both historical data and future projections.
3. Interact with revenue forecasting functions to guarantee the flow of relevant information for precise forecasting.
4. Address ad-hoc reporting requests as needed.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a strong focus on detail.
2. Proficient in delivering comprehensive financial reports to senior management.
3. Solid understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
4. Ability to take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and manage tasks effectively.
5. Strong analytical capabilities, with a disciplined approach to detail and organization.
6. Experience working within a global team environment.
7. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
8. Proven track record of collaborating on projects and cross-functional teams.
9. Strong project management abilities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
