Responsibilities:
Provide user application support and business analysis for internal applications including DealFlo transaction management application, ExpressView® client online portal, sales tools, and other applications in support of the User Applications Team, which may include:
Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified
5+ years related work experience; experience in leasing, equipment finance a plus, but not required
Desired Skills:
Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong data management with MS Office tools and advanced ExcelPresentation & trainingBusiness intelligence/query building (i.e. Toad)Lease Accounting system knowledgeProject management experience with Visio a plusTechnical writingClear and articulate written and oral communication skills, with strong listening skillsWork well under pressure with time sensitive transactionsAbility to prioritize and execute in a fluid environmentExceptional Customer Service handlingProfessional demeanor/positive dispositionMust be able to interact with all user levels and clientsStrong attention to detailHighly organizedTechnical aptitude
