Responsibilities:

Provide user application support and business analysis for internal applications including DealFlo transaction management application, ExpressView® client online portal, sales tools, and other applications in support of the User Applications Team, which may include:

Application subject matter expertise, product owner and project development activityPrioritize project initiatives in conjunction with development team and user communityAnalyze, interpret, and translate business requirements into functional application requirementsJira ticket management within Agile project methodology. User issue triage, resolution, and escalation for broader DealFlo deal transaction management system, SugarCRM, ARM user access request management, and other peripheral applicationsParticipate in application development and project activitiesPerform system testing (SIT & UAT)- compose, maintain, and execute test scriptsExpressView® client online portal support:Provide prospect demo's and client user training via WebExSet up new ExpressView® client codingPeriodic data quality and ad-hoc reporting using Toad or other business intelligence toolProvide backup support for Global Leasing SPOC (Security Point of Contact) -coordinate access for new hires, transfers, return from leave and handle high priority requestsCompose process documents and maintain user manualsProvide user validation support for periodic weekend code releases
Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified

5+ years related work experience; experience in leasing, equipment finance a plus, but not required

Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong data management with MS Office tools and advanced ExcelPresentation & trainingBusiness intelligence/query building (i.e. Toad)Lease Accounting system knowledgeProject management experience with Visio a plusTechnical writingClear and articulate written and oral communication skills, with strong listening skillsWork well under pressure with time sensitive transactionsAbility to prioritize and execute in a fluid environmentExceptional Customer Service handlingProfessional demeanor/positive dispositionMust be able to interact with all user levels and clientsStrong attention to detailHighly organizedTechnical aptitude
