The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager role will have experience in all areas of the Human Resources function. Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills - bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Previous experience and demonstrated success with talent acquisition preferred
  • 2 or more years of human resource or management experience required
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance colleague engagement and satisfaction, fostering a positive work environment
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skillset
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and other HR-related software
