SUMMARY: 

The UCC Support Specialist is responsible for completing searches, reviewing results and review/drafting reports. This position requires the individual to work with other team members as needed to successfully complete all project requests in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. The UCC Support Specialist must have excellent organizational and time-management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and professional levels of customer service and communication.

Essential Functions:

Provide direct support to and collaboration with other RASi UCC team members.Respond and resolve incoming vendor and limited client requests, queries, issues and concerns via phone and email.Efficiently manage the order process alongside other RASi UCC team members, from initial request through processing, and during follow-up investigations and order fulfillment.Responsible for UCC/lien/litigation searches.Responsible for preparing reports and/or reviewing reports created by other team members.Any other duties of similar or lesser nature as required.

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must be a positive team player and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients. You are required to multi-task, accept directions well, possess a strong attention to detail and manage your time wisely. Must be computer literate; Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel and Outlook are required.Able to be self-directed and work efficiently with minimal supervision.Excellent attendance and punctuality.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required. Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Ensure superior customer service is always provided and maintain a high level of professionalism.Knowledge of general office skills.Willingness to learn and succeed.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree Preferred Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in corporate and/or UCC services/registered agent industry.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is not a supervisor position.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.
