As a full system manufacturer, distributor and program management partner, we supply global chains in the quick-service restaurant, convenience store and supermarket segments, helping to manage unit growth and upgrade their facilities.
About the job
SUMMARY
The Process Excellence Manager is responsible for leading and executing process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role involves identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
•Lead process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
•Conduct thorough analyses of current processes to identify areas for improvement.
•Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and eliminate waste.
•Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for process changes.
•Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
•Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
•Evaluate, design, and audit organizational processes to identify and implement improvements.
•Utilize various process mapping and change methodologies, with a focus on Kaizen.
•Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful process changes.
•Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of goals.
•Collaborate with all organizational levels to drive process improvement initiatives.
•Apply change management principles to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
•Contribute to organizational design efforts to align processes with business goals.
•Identify deliverable service levels and key success factors (KPI) for the process.
•Identify the need for a new process of improvement.
•Organize and conduct workshops

•Design – Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in productions of technical
plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
•Language Skills: Intermediate Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and
correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
•Mathematical Skills: Basic Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,
using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and
to draw and interpret bar graphs.
•Reasoning Ability: Intermediate Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several
concrete variables in standardized situations.
•Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, order processing systems, project management
•related systems.
•Other Knowledge/Skills: Attention to detail, Problem Solving, Customer Service, Technical Learning,
•Time Management, Conflict Management, Process Management, Written Communications, Negotiating,
•Organizational & multi-tasking, knowledge of MEP trades from basic to advanced
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
•Proven experience in process improvement, project management, and change management.
•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools.
•Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
