About the job

SUMMARY

The Process Excellence Manager is responsible for leading and executing process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role involves identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Your tasks

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

•Lead process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.

•Conduct thorough analyses of current processes to identify areas for improvement.

•Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and eliminate waste.

•Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for process changes.

•Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs).

•Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

•Evaluate, design, and audit organizational processes to identify and implement improvements.

•Utilize various process mapping and change methodologies, with a focus on Kaizen.

•Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful process changes.

•Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of goals.

•Collaborate with all organizational levels to drive process improvement initiatives.

•Apply change management principles to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.

•Contribute to organizational design efforts to align processes with business goals.

•Identify deliverable service levels and key success factors (KPI) for the process.

•Identify the need for a new process of improvement.

•Organize and conduct workshops
