SUMMARY: This position is a fulltime Exempt (salary) position, supporting the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). The Knowledge Manager provides Knowledge Management support for the Program Management Office in support of the Task Order Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Maintain the MCTSP PMRT to include access, content management, change management, archiving, and creating an information repository that is easily searchable and retrievable. Assists the PM and MTC Commanders with content management on the GKN Share Point portal. Ensures information is effectively shared and collaborated to allow better decision-making among team members. Provides portal service management and front-end development. Assists in the implementation and enforcement of data governance, information management, and security rules. Provides direction, priorities, and guidance to the MIS Administrator. Plans, prepares, and executes Monthly KM Working Group meetings. Reports directly to the Assistant Task Order Manager. QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years’ experience working in the Microsoft SharePoint environment or similar web-based collaboration software tool(s). 3 years’ of experience working in the SharePoint environment or similar web-based collaboration software tool(s) Experience designing and implementation of web design, collaboration tools and content management EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 5 years’ experience with AS/AA Degree, 3 years’ experience with BA/BS degree (Preferred). ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
