Mize CPAs Inc. is a leading regional accounting and IT firm seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team in Topeka and/or Overland Park, Kansas. As a Program Manager, you will oversee multiple business-critical initiatives to help the organization achieve its goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in program/project management, with a strong background in change management principles and performance evaluation processes. You will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Assess internal and external culture or client changes needed
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of five years' experience in program/project management
  • Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, communication, facilitation, and organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of Smartsheet, or other project management suite
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Experience utilizing LEAN project management methodologies
