Pure Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing occupancy levels and property values while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and other applicable laws.
- Review and approve invoices, coordinate with property owners to provide necessary funds, and monitor delinquency status of monthly rents.
- Communicate with maintenance team members, keep abreast of maintenance activities, and maintain records of management activity.
- Ensure lease files are complete, and completion of leases is executed properly.
- Physically inspect properties as needed and ensure owner approval prior to ordering maintenance or repairs.
- Conduct market surveys, provide feedback on property pricing, and shop competition to stay aware of neighborhood market conditions.
- Facilitate lease renewal process and show available properties to prospective tenants.
Requirements:
- Real Estate License in KS preferred
- Driver's License in KS
- 2 years of Residential Property Management Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications
- General knowledge of Property Management software, Appfolio a Plus
