We're seeking a skilled Assistant Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As a key member of our salon leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive salon experience for clients
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with the Salon Manager to manage salon inventory, scheduling, and staff performance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic salon environment
