And play a closing role in working with customers for investing. this is a warm call position so you have prospective investors already interested This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be speaking with customers about investing and investments. this is not a cold calling job but rather an informational detail oriented position full time permanent.

**Duties:**

- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person meetings.

- Polished and professional and has the ability to relate to a dynamic typical investor or a non-typical investor

- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and address their issues in a friendly and courteous manner.

- Stay up-to-date on regulatory reporting and financial auditing requirements to ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide guidance on account management.

- Participate in internal audits and regulatory reviews to ensure that our financial processes are in compliance with securities law and public accounting standards.

- Identify and report potential fraud or irregularities to management.

- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.

- Continuously improve customer service processes and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement.

**Experience:**

-3 plus years in investment consulting, and having the knowledge to explain what our services are all about . There is a hourly salary plus commission for this particular position. We are a growing spectacular company that is excelling in our field - -

-experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services environment.

- Proven track record of resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including internal audits and regulatory reporting.

- Experience with fraud prevention and detection procedures.

- Familiarity with securities law and public accounting standards.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance Is needed.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
