This Call Center Representative role requires an individual with a strong background in high-level customer service, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for individuals with pressing inquiries seeking legal services. There are three schedules available: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm, Mon-Fri 2:30pm - 11:30pm, Sat/Sun 8am-8pm

Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information about our services and address individual inquiries
- Handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction
- Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of all private information

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 11:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
- Self-sufficient, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
- Ability to work on-site and maintain a reliable presence during scheduled hours
