Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technical architects focused on driving optimized solutions for our FSC clients leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience CloudCollaborate with the functional team to figure out the best way to implement a solution (which could involve decisions around declarative vs. programmatic vsHandle technical issues brought to you by less experienced teamsServe as the technical authority on the Salesforce platform, security, integration, data migration, and other solution components for Life SciencesLead team members and performance through regular one-on-one meetings, periodic feedback, annual reviews, etcHelp with sales initiatives from providing leads through scope/SOW, solution, and developing price estimatesMentor the Salesforce practice team members and take on leadership roles to expand the capabilities of the practiceCertifications in Salesforce Application Architect, PD1/PD2, App Developer, Sales/Service Cloud consultant.FSC and Omnistudio experience required Integration; CopadoMinimum KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)FSC certification is preferred.

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 â 195,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
