Primary Skillset
• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Overall 15+ years of hands-on experience in software design (technical) and development.
o Minimum 3+ years (out of total) of hands-on work experience must be as Technical/Solution Architect.
o All his/her experience as a technical architect must be the latest i.e. latest 3+ years.
o Approx. 12 years of core experience with module development, configuration, administration, design, development of high quality web based applications using Drupal CMS 8.x or Drupal CMS 10 and LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
• Must understands the software development life cycle practices (Waterfall and Agile/Scrum),
• Must have hands-on experience with various design patterns, implementing RESTful APIs, microservices,
o Experience in MVC/MVVC Architecture design
• Must have strong experience with Drupal 8,9 & 10
• Must have excellent understanding of Drupal workflow.
• Must have hands-on experience with SASS, LESS, or other CSS preprocessors.
• Must have experience with AWS docker environment.
o RedHat Openshift Container Platform (OCP). Amazon Elastic Block Store (Amazon EBS), Amazon Elastic File System (EFS), AWS Toolkit for Visual Studio Code, EKS: Amazon Managed Kubernetes Service, PersistentVolumeClaim (PVC) for Kubernetes PODs, etc
• Must have excellent understanding of the Drupal core, key "contributed modules", "core APIs" / "RESTful Web API", caching mechanism, applying patches on operational sites, Drush commands, headless Drupal, pre-process functions and the templates, Taxonomy, Drupal themes.
• Must have practical knowledge of third-party cache implementation and Drupal searching mechanisms
• Must have provided solution (or involved hands-on) to application migration from lower version of Drupal to Drupal version 8, 9 or 10,
• Must have been involved (hands-on) in the various phases of application development lifecycle such as requirements analysis, technical architecture and application design, construction, defining code structure, code review and optimization ensuring the code quality, unit testing, deployment and technical support as needed.
• Must have outstanding ability to writing clean, reusable, modular code, secure, high performing and scalable code.
• Must have authored Drupal module and integrated with front-end such as HTML/JS, React. AngularJS, etc.
• Must have lead team to develop custom modules in Drupal 9 &10, perform system administration and resolve production issues.
• Must have configured, administered, design, and develop high quality responsive / adaptive web applications using Drupal 10
• Must have recent experience as a Strong Drupal Architect
• Hands-on experience in PHP
• Must has worked with customers (specially US based) closely to translate business requirements in to technical requirements.
• Must have experience in leading a team from a technical standpoint.
• Must have implemented the best practices and proven methodologies for the development, code versioning and the deployment.
• Practical knowledge of search engine optimization
• Must have hands-on experience in developing multisite and multilingual framework for web applications, and Cron jobs

• Experience with grid layouts, media queries, and other responsive techniques
• Ability to create, clean, organized HTML and CSS code, leverage current techniques, tools and libraries
• Hands-on experience applying Web standards (W3C) and Accessibility standards (WCAG2.1 A, AA) best practices, for HTML, CSS & JavaScript
