Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
- Ensure compliance with established standards for APIs and integrations.
- Translate user requirements into effective integration solutions that align with business objectives.
- Deliver high-quality APIs and integrations that meet predefined acceptance criteria.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and manage repository assets following best practices.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues related to APIs, collaborating with relevant teams as necessary.
- Become a subject matter expert on the MuleSoft platform.
- Continuously evaluate and innovate to enhance the quality and success of integration solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, focusing on enterprise integration platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience working with the MuleSoft platform.
- Proficient in MuleSoft capabilities, including server administration and deployment across various environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment while maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing integration solutions using APIs and web services.
- Proven track record of mentoring junior staff and leading internal projects.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of two MuleSoft technical certifications is advantageous.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP integration is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP XI/PI is highly desirable.
Work Environment: This position requires on-site presence, adhering to a standard work schedule.
