Position Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Architect to enhance our Salesforce practice. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver enterprise-grade implementations that showcase the full potential of the Salesforce platform.
  • Lead project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/Visualforce), integrations, and executing data migrations.
  • Have at least 6 years of experience in designing technical architecture for intricate Salesforce implementations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in technology implementation across full life-cycle enterprise software projects (minimum of 5 years).
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum of 16 years of relevant work experience).
  • Collaborate effectively with medium to large firms that provide consulting on cloud computing solutions.
  • Be well-versed in various implementation standards and Agile methodologies.
  • Maintain proficiency in programming languages such as APEX and Visualforce.
  • Possess Application and System Architect certifications.
  • Guide a team of technical architects in delivering optimized solutions for our Financial Services Cloud clients, utilizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Act as the technical authority on the Salesforce platform, focusing on security, integration, data migration, and other solution components relevant to Life Sciences.
  • Support team development and performance through regular one-on-one meetings, feedback sessions, and annual evaluations.
  • Contribute to sales initiatives by providing leads, defining scope/SOW, crafting solutions, and developing pricing estimates.
  • Mentor team members within the Salesforce practice and take on leadership roles to enhance the practice's capabilities.
  • Hold certifications in Salesforce Application Architect, PD1/PD2, App Developer, and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
